Site Selection & Hotel Negotiation
The Red Team has decades of experience dealing with hotels all over the country. We are familiar with the needs of armed forces reunions, bus groups, executive travelers, and other events. We’ll negotiate upfront the comp rooms, menu discounts, AV comps and discounts, complimentary meeting space, and more. With this service, we’re also willing to detail all of the function set-up requirements and review the final hotel paperwork before the event takes place.
Tour Planning & Program Development
So perhaps you’ve already booked your hotel, but you’re lost on what’s next. Most convention groups and military reunions offer tours which might include military bases/museums, city tours, cruises, scenic routes, and various attractions. Dealing with all the vendors involved (buses, guides, attractions) and keeping up with deposits and final guarantees can be a daunting, confusing task, but we’ve been doing it for years and years. Leave the details to us, so you can sit back and enjoy the tours! We will format your agenda to include the tours, meals, and meetings.
Registration Credentials
With a complete spreadsheet provided to the Red Team 30 days in advance, we can produce and assemble the registration materials, including a program of events with function room locations, tickets for functions, and name tags. Other information can be included as each group/organization needs.
Onsite Execution
Depending on the size of the group and level of service contracted, the Red Team will provide staff to handle main events. Our onsite representative will interact with the hotel staff to make sure all function rooms are set correctly, AV is working, and menus are correct. Did someone forget or lose their ticket? It’s okay; we’ll verify him from our list.
Multi-Day Bus Tours
Are you part of a church group or club tasked with the job of organizing a trip. Leave the details to the Red Team so you can enjoy the trip too. Donna will work closely with local convention bureaus, attractions, and hotels to make any multi day trip a huge success. In addition, she plans a few trips a year from North East Georgia to points in the South East for individuals to join in the fun. Just show up and leave the details to us!
